The North Santiam Canyon Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a workforce development and job growth summit Wednesday, Nov. 17, 6:30 p.m. in the Mill City Middle School multi-purpose room, 450 SW Evergreen Road.
The chamber will present data about the Canyon’s business climate. In preparation for the event, the chamber is seeking community input on a survey.
The Oregon Employment Department (OED) is conducting an analysis and will present updated Labor Market Data specifically for the North Santiam Canyon region.
The North Santiam Canyon Chamber of Commerce is conducting a supplemental survey with the self-employed, businesses and organizations. The chamber will gather information from members who are self-employed businesses or organizations and others whose business data has not been collected by OED for inclusion in the final presentation.
