Local offices up for election

Multiple city and special purpose district positions are open for the Nov. 5 General Election including offices for local mayors and city councilors.

Interested candidates have until the end of August to file to appear on the ballot, with exact deadlines varying by municipality.

Open positions are listed below as well as contact information for filing details.

Aumsville

Mayor, currently held by Angelica Ceja.

Three council seats, currently held by Scott Lee, Katie Wallace and Walter Wick.

Two council seats, currently held by Ben McDonald and Stephen Sims.

Sublimity

Mayor, currently held by Michael Taylor.

Two council seats, currently held by Kerst Bosma and Kari Lowe.

Marion Soil & Water Conservation District

Director Zone 4, currently held by Dave Budeau.

Director At Large 1, currently held by Peggy Hart.
