Art in the Garden returns for summer

Art in the Garden runs now through Sept. 6 at The Oregon Garden in Silverton. Sponsored by MAPS Community Foundation and Williamette Valley Vineyards, the event showcases the work of Pacific Northwest artists. 

This year’s featured artists include Lorraine Garcy, metalwork; Susan Wheller, glass; Judy Kunkle, sculpture and mosaic; Lauren Wingert, glass; Mary Mosier, whimsical bird abodes, and Mo Hurless, reclaimed industrial art. 

Admission for Art in the Garden is included with Garden admission: $12 for adults, $10 for seniors, $9 for students 12-17, $6 for kids 5-11 and free for those younger.

The Garden is located at 879 W. Main St., Silverton. It is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
