Cherith “Cherry” Elaine Davis (Coates, Moses) of Lebanon, Oregon, passed away at Salem Hospital Jan. 16, 2024. She was 66.
A long-time resident of the Stayton-Mill City area, she fought a lengthy battle with ill-health.
Cherry was born in Mount Albert, Ontario, Canada to Cecil and Margaret (Davy) Coates.
She is survived by her husband of 27 years, James Davis, and her children, Rachel Moses and James (Jocelyn) Moses. Cherry is predeceased by her late husband, Jeffrey Moses, and daughter, Amanda.
She was a loving grandmother to Dominic, Evan and Issac; sister to Stephen (Tracy) Coates and Faith (Scott) Cross of Ontario, Canada; and sister-in-law to Debra Beaslin of Utah and Lanny Davis of Washington.
Cherry will be missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends in the United States and Canada.
Celebrations of Life will be held for in Utah and Ontario, Canada.
