Feb. 1 is the final day to submit nominations for the Stayton-Sublimity Chamber of Commerce 76th Annual Awards Celebration.
The chamber has not yet announced a date for the event, but nominations are due now.
Three awards will be given out: Small Business of the Year, Large Business of the Year and the Distinguished Service Award.
The business awards seek to honor excellence in products or services and customer service as well as being a positive contributor to local economic vitality and an asset to the community.
Businesses nominated should exhibit innovation, resilience, and a strong community spirit.
The dividing line between a small and large business is 15 employees.
Nominees for the distinguished service award should be an individual or organization with a long-standing posture of community service, integrity, and humility and a measurable community impact in the region.
