A walkway mural at the site of the Stayton Farmers Market stands as one of the city's first public art displays, commissioned in 2024 by Revitalize Downtown Stayton. Similar public art installations are expected under the guidance of the Public Arts Commission, which recently established its mission statement and a set of goals.
